Dave Williams

Dave is the Director of Mental Performance for the MindStrong Project and has worked with teams from all over the world and most recently the Cleveland Indians. He played college baseball at North Dakota State University, he is a former teacher, adjunct professor, college baseball coach and 2-time winner of the North Dakota Scholastic State Chess Championships. He spent three years as a Mental Performance coach for U.S. Army Drill Sergeants and Basic Combat Trainees at Ft. Jackson, SC. He also spoke at the 2016 NCAA DII National Championship Festival in Denver, CO.

He was also invited to the White House to meet President Obama in January 2010 to help kick off National Mentoring Month, due to his mentoring efforts on the Ft. Berthold Indian Reservation. Dave holds a Master’s Degree in Sport & Exercise Psychology from Minnesota State University, Mankato. He is a Master at helping  athletes, coaches, and teams to be both highly skilled and highly consistent.
