Tom Buske is founder and owner of Minnesota Mash Baseball Club and Operations Manager for The MindStrong Project. Tom is also a strength and conditioning specialist and was the strength coach at Elite One Sports Performance from 2009-2012. While instructing at Elite One Sports Performance, Tom was in charge of developing and running all baseball strength and conditioning programs. Tom was the head of scheduling, marketing, and advertising for Elite One Sports Performance.
At the University of Minnesota Tom continued to succeed both on and off the field. From 2004-2009 Tom was a Scholar Athlete, All Academic Big Ten, All Big Ten 3rd team, 2009 Big Ten All Tournament Team, and named a member of the ABCA All Midwest Team. The Gophers program became a national power during Toms playing career making NCAA Regional appearances in both 2007 and 2009 and being ranked as high as #18 in the country.
After Graduating, Tom was drafted by the Florida Marlins in the 33rd round of the Major League Baseball Draft. He was a starting pitcher for the St. Paul Saints in 2009 and was invited to play for Sandringham Royals of the Victorian Baseball League in Australia.
Tom now dedicates all his time to developing young athletes in Minnesota through the Minnesota Mash Baseball Club and The MindStrong Project.
